Through educational initiatives, Suzana actively contributes to improving employees&#8217; understanding of workplace risks and the role each individual plays in maintaining a safe working environment.<\/p>\n<p>Particular recognition was given to the <strong>&#8220;Protecting Myself and My Colleagues&#8221;<\/strong> project, which introduced a digitalized <strong>near-miss reporting system<\/strong> as an important preventive tool. This approach enables timely response to potential risks while further strengthening a culture of responsibility and trust among employees.<\/p>\n<p>By implementing innovative solutions and empowering employees to actively contribute to improving the workplace, Galenika continues to demonstrate that occupational safety and health is a strategic priority.
