The viewing of the vehicles will take place from December 25 to 31, 2024, at the Company\u2019s premises, located at Batajni\u010dki drum bb, Belgrade \u2013 Zemun.<\/p>\n

VEHICLE SALE PROCESS
\nThe vehicle sale process for interested potential buyers will occur in two phases:<\/p>\n
PHASE I: SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
\nEach interested potential buyer wishing to purchase the Company’s vehicles must submit their sealed offer to the Authorized Representative, marked as DO NOT OPEN.<\/p>\n
The deadline for submitting sealed offers is 6 days, i.e., until December 31, 2024, at 16:00.<\/p>\n
A valid sealed offer must contain the following:<\/p>\n
Name and surname (for individuals) \/ business name (for legal entities) of the interested potential buyer submitting the offer,
\nFor individuals only \u2013 a signed Notification\/Consent for Personal Data Processing (can be downloaded [here]),
\nVehicle details for which the offer is being made (type, make, model, year of manufacture, chassis number, license plate number),
\nOffered price for the purchase of the vehicle, expressed in euros.<\/p>\n
PHASE II: VEHICLE SALE
\nAfter the deadline for submitting offers, a Commission appointed by the General Director will open all received offers for the vehicles at the same time. Based on the received offers, a ranking list of bidders for each vehicle will be formed and published, based on which a decision will be made regarding the sale of the vehicle. If the offers are not acceptable for financial reasons, or if the required documentation\/data has not been provided, or has been provided in a form other than what is stipulated in this Advertisement, Galenika JSC Belgrade reserves the right not to sell the vehicles based on the submitted offers.<\/p>\n
The following deadlines will apply during the vehicle sales process:<\/p>\n
Deadline for concluding and notarizing the purchase agreement: 15 working days from the decision on the vehicle sale.
\nDeadline for full payment of the purchase price: 5 calendar days from notarizing the agreement.
\nDeadline for vehicle pickup: 2 calendar days from payment of the price.
