Belgrade, October 1, 2025 \u2013 Pharmaceutical company Galenika and its brand Panthenol are implementing the socially responsible project “Panthenol Pink October” for the sixth year in a row aimed at raising women’s awareness of the importance of prevention in the fight against breast cancer, as well as a donation to a health institution in Serbia. In this way, Galenika actively supports efforts in the fight against breast cancer, because this is a topic that requires informing and unity. During October, Galenika will set aside 30 dinars from each sold product from Galenika’s Panthenol portfolio<\/a> to donate and help the General Hospital in Vrbas and the Women’s Center “Milica”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This year’s slogan carries a multi-layered message ” Lift the Weight Off Your Chest, Get a Breast Examination”, with a message to women to free themselves from fear of examination or diagnosis and take a concrete step in prevention, because, as stated on the website of the Institute of Public Health “Dr Milan Jovanovi\u0107 Batut”, when detected timely, breast cancer is curable in over 90% of cases, treatment is shorter and more efficient, and the quality of life of affected and treated women is better.<\/p>\n

As a company dedicated to people and devoted to health, Galenika, through its socially responsible activity Panthenol Pink October<\/em>, builds a bridge of support and prevention for women throughout Serbia. For the sixth year in a row, we show that every gesture has power, and that education and raising awareness about the importance of prevention can become a real change. The slogan “Lift the Weight Off Your Chest, Get a Breast Examination” empowers women to get rid of their fear and take a concrete step towards their health, and every customer who buys one of the products from Galenika’s Panthenol portfolio contributes to the donation and improvement of treatment conditions for women facing breast cancer”, said Ricardo Vian Marques, CEO of Galenika.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
